Sales Operations Analyst (MS Dynamics exp and Finance Domain Exp is a must)

Overview

Sales Operations Analyst on Visa's Value Added Services (VAS) Sales Operations team, supporting the CEMEA Sales organization with sales effectiveness, process improvement and data-driven insights.

What you'll do

• Provide sales and client support to the CEMEA Sales organization on order acceptance, quoting, best practices, pricing approvals, and liaising with other departments for resolution.
• Maintain and ensure field compliance with sales policies, procedures, and rules of engagement, including approval requirements, escalation processes, and standard guidelines.
• Provide sales support on the structuring of MS Dynamics accounts and opportunities.
• Review pricing quotes for accuracy and completeness, ensuring quotes are approved within pricing and discount guidelines and policy.
• Assist and support sales teams with processes, training, and documentation.
• Prepare training materials and present to large groups.
• Recommend efficient workflows within the MS Dynamics environment supporting the CEMEA Sales Team.
• Introduce improvements to increase order processing accuracy and efficiency for existing and new processes.
• Recognize opportunities and drive internal improvements and proficiencies within the Sales Operations process.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3-4 years' experience in a sales environment for a Hi-Tech/Software development company.
• Working knowledge of MS Dynamics and understanding and experience with the broader sales tools landscape.
• Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change in a fast-paced business environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
• Excellent communication skills, able to communicate and present effectively to internal teams in both 1:1 and group settings.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and pick up new skills quickly.
• Extreme attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and creative problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• MS Dynamics experience.
