Overview

Sales Operations Associate supporting customer engagement, sales effectiveness, and client success through sales analysis, strategy, technology, and service initiatives.

What you'll do

• Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with teams on sales enhancement strategies.
• Support sales process and tool implementation.
• Conduct training sessions on sales practices.
• Monitor sales performance metrics and provide insights.
• Manage client relationships to improve service delivery.
• Design sales models and manage territories.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of experience in sales or sales consulting.
• Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, or Analytics.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.
• Ability to solve complex problems and manage workstreams.
• Ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• MBA in Sales, Marketing, Strategy, or Analytics.
• Experience in Sales Operations.
• Experience with sales technology assessment and implementation.
