Salesforce Administrator I

Overview

Salesforce System Administrator role responsible for resolving Digital Enablement support cases in Salesforce.

What you'll do

• Act as tier one support for Digital Enablement by managing, resolving, and escalating support cases within Salesforce.
• Manage user access, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide user support for new Salesforce feature adoption.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to the Digital Enablement team.
• Document configurations, processes, and best practices for knowledge sharing and compliance.
• Support integration of an acquired company into Mastercam per program and process requirements.

What you'll need

• 1–3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator focused on case management and resolution.
• Service Cloud experience for managing cases and troubleshooting reported issues.
• Proficiency managing Salesforce users, roles, profiles, and permission sets.
• Experience with Salesforce reports, dashboards, and data analysis.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools or automation to improve productivity, or ability to learn, evaluate, and apply such technologies at scale.
• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201); Advanced Administrator (ADM-211) is highly preferred.
