Salesforce DevOps Engineer - Senior Associate

Overview

Support client work within PwC's business application consulting practice by helping clients optimize Salesforce environments through deployment, release, and operational support activities, as a Senior Associate who manages workstreams and guides junior team members.

What you'll do

• Analyze client business needs and translate them into Salesforce Service Cloud DevOps requirements
• Manage assigned workstreams across release planning, deployment support, and configuration changes
• Support Salesforce administration, Lightning updates, and Service Cloud enhancements across client environments
• Coordinate source control, versioning, and build automation activities using DevOps tools and pipelines
• Troubleshoot release issues, deployment errors, and environment inconsistencies through structured problem solving
• Interpret data from development and release activities to inform recommendations and next steps
• Document implementation approaches, technical decisions, and operating procedures for project teams
• Review work prepared by junior team members and provide guidance on task execution and deliverable preparation
• Build client relationships by responding to delivery questions and adapting to changing priorities across engagements
• Apply knowledge of Salesforce architecture, enterprise integration, and technology implementation to support service delivery

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Applying Salesforce DevOps tools across Service Cloud implementations
• Integrating release pipelines, testing, and deployment automation
• Interpreting client needs and translating them into technical solutions
• Mentoring junior team members through complex delivery work
