Salesforce Manager, AI & Agentforce Delivery

Overview

Lead delivery of Agentforce and AI-powered Salesforce solutions while managing, mentoring, and developing technical delivery professionals. Balance hands-on client project work with team leadership.

What you'll do

• Deliver hands-on Agentforce and Salesforce client projects.
• Own technical solution design, including agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation, deployment methods, and data structures.
• Manage and mentor architects, consultants, developers, and similar delivery roles.
• Provide career guidance, performance feedback, and corrective action when needed.
• Forecast and provide staffing input for the team.
• Lead solution design reviews and promote delivery standards.
• Support hiring through technical interviews and interview-material updates.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of hands-on technology-solution delivery experience.
• Experience with Agentforce or other generative AI-driven platforms.
• At least 2 years managing or mentoring delivery team members.
• Experience balancing billable client delivery with team leadership.
• Experience with performance feedback, career development, and corrective-action processes.
• Experience interviewing candidates for technical roles.
• Strong communication skills across technical and people-management discussions.

Nice to have

• Experience facilitating workshops, office hours, or guilds.
• Architect-level certifications.
• Technical-team staffing or resourcing experience.
• Agentforce project delivery experience.
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, RAG, and fine-tuning.

Details

• Remote in Canada, limited to Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario.
• Travel up to 25% for customer projects and company events.
