Salesforce Platform Product Owner

Overview

Salesforce Platform Product Owner (Business Platforms) is a senior technical leadership role responsible for the architectural integrity, innovation, and delivery of Logitech’s Salesforce platform ecosystem.

What you'll do

• Define and execute Salesforce platform strategy, architecture, and technology standards.
• Translate business objectives into a technical roadmap and evolve architecture for future capabilities.
• Drive platform governance covering release management, technical debt reduction, security, and performance optimization.
• Own the technical backlog, prioritizing scalability, reliability, and foundational improvements.
• Lead hands-on platform design and development across Salesforce Clouds.
• Act as the principal interface between technical teams and Business Capability Owners (BCOs).
• Mentor the Platform Engineering team and manage technical dependencies to ensure on-time execution.

What you'll need

• 10+ years designing, developing, and delivering Salesforce technology solutions.
• 5+ years in a Product Owner, Platform Manager, or Enterprise Architect role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience defining and executing a multi-year technology roadmap with an integrated platform backlog.
• Hands-on proficiency with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Commerce Cloud (Revenue Cloud is an asset).
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce technologies including VisualForce, Apex classes, APEX Web Services, Flex, configuration, APIs, AppExchange deployments, and Salesforce.com controls.
• Expert understanding of Agile methodologies with platform-level product management experience.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Chief Technical Architect (CTA) certification.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar Agile certification.
• Portfolio/project management skills on tools such as Asana or Monday.
