Salesforce Software Engineer

Overview

Salesforce Software Engineer-III responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and AI-powered service capabilities.

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build and maintain Service Cloud capabilities including case routing, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and automation.
• Develop Experience Cloud portals and self-service experiences.
• Implement AI-powered enhancements using Agentforce, Einstein, and prompt-based automation.
• Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and integrations.
• Resolve technical issues and complete bug fixes, including Level 2/3 escalations.
• Participate in code reviews, release governance, and on-call or escalation rotations.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components, Aura, HTML, XML, SQL, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling, sharing rules, large data volumes, and multi-org integrations.
• Hands-on experience configuring Service Cloud and building Experience Cloud sites.
• Knowledge of Salesforce testing frameworks, code coverage, and release governance.
• Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies.
• BS in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant certification.
• Experience with Salesforce AI features including Agentforce, Einstein, and Prompt Builder.
• Familiarity with Java/J2EE, C/C++, or .NET for integration work.
