Salesforce Technical Architect

Overview

Serve as a customer-facing Salesforce Technical Architect on the Service Cloud technical team, designing reporting and dashboard solutions and supporting Salesforce implementations and integrations.

What you'll do

• Discuss reporting needs with business users.
• Design dashboards and reports for leadership, business groups, and general users.
• Translate business reporting requirements into technical specifications.
• Advise business users and technical teams on report and dashboard development.
• Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics.
• Establish development, deployment, operations, and refresh standards.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform in a technical application.
• End-to-end project implementation experience.
• Experience integrating applications such as SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.
• Understanding of multi-tenant and integration architecture.
• Understanding of CI/CD solutions.
• Experience with PaaS and IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Components, and Visualforce.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Application and System Architect certifications.
• Strong communication, flexibility, organization, and motivation.

Details

• Remote in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario, Canada.
• International travel may be required.
• Anticipated travel commitment may be up to 25% for certain roles.
