Salesforce Technical Architect focused on Agentforce-powered experiences and technical solution design for Agentforce and related technologies.
What you'll do
- Deep dive into the limits and boundaries of Agentforce Agents to drive business outcomes.
- Translate business needs into well-architected solutions with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Oversee and contribute to the full project lifecycle from design through deployment.
- Lead and own complete technical solution design, including agentic topics, instructions, actions, automation/code, deployment methods, and supporting data structures.
- Establish best practices for ingesting data into Salesforce at scale for agentic solutions.
- Follow and understand new Salesforce products and technical capabilities.
What you'll need
- 6+ years of experience in application and software development.
- 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a development role.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in Apex and JavaScript, with exposure or working knowledge of Python, Java, or C#.
- Experience developing Salesforce technologies such as Flows, Lightning Web Components, or Visualforce.
- Understanding of front-end web development principles and technologies (HTML/CSS).
- Strong communication skills to convey complex technical details to all audiences.
- Experience with source control and branching/pull request strategies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps principles.
Details
- Location: Remote in Canada (only Alberta, British Columbia, and Ontario).
- Travel may be required for certain roles, up to 25%.
