Sandbox and Platform Services Product Manager

Overview

Senior Product Manager for Platform Services, owning strategy and execution for sales and end-customer sandbox and demo environments, including platform infrastructure and shared services.

What you'll do

• Lead prioritization across multiple Platform Services initiatives and align stakeholders on a unified roadmap.
• Execute the Platform Services product roadmap tied to developer and end-customer adoption and satisfaction.
• Design isolated testing environments with realistic test data, simulated workflows, and feature parity to production.
• Balance sandbox capabilities with security, cost, and resource management constraints.
• Build frictionless onboarding with documentation, test credentials, and quick setup.
• Define usage limits, geographic restrictions, and environment refresh policies.
• Partner with Engineering and collaborate with Sales on architecture and commercial strategy.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of product management experience.
• Experience preferably in developer tools, platform products, or API products.
• Track record managing technical products for developer/B2B audiences.
• Ability to work with APIs, integration testing, and CI/CD workflows.
• Familiarity with sandbox/staging environment architectures.
• Strong analytical skills to define and track KPIs such as activation, engagement, and conversion.

• Practical examples of usage of AI to automate systems and workflows.

Details

• Starting pay range for the role listed as $178,000 - $223,000 base salary (plus bonus, equity, and benefits).
• Range shown reflects minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship and be authorized to begin work on the first day.
