SAP ABAP - Technology Director

Overview

Lead SAP program management efforts within PwC's Advisory practice, overseeing SAP ABAP delivery and shaping technology solutions for finance transformation and ERP delivery as a Director.

What you'll do

• Set strategic direction for SAP Core ERP program management across finance technology engagements
• Lead executive-level client discussions on SAP ABAP delivery, transformation priorities, and roadmap decisions
• Oversee multiple workstreams across design, build, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
• Shape program plans, scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for complex SAP initiatives
• Drive business development activities by identifying client needs and converting them into program opportunities
• Translate finance, customer, and supply chain requirements into SAP Core ERP solutions and ABAP technical approaches
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across technology, operations, and finance stakeholders during large-scale transformations
• Direct status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and dependency tracking for program delivery
• Apply SAP project management methods, Agile practices, and project management tools to track progress and delivery milestones
• Develop business cases, benefits realization plans, and process improvements that support enterprise-wide SAP footprints
• Guide design decisions for S/4HANA finance capabilities and ERP model system deployments
• Adhere to professional and technical standards, code of conduct, and independence requirements

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 9 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English
