Overview
Administer and provide end-to-end operational support for SAP platforms across enterprise and cloud environments, with responsibility for availability, performance, upgrades, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
What you'll do
- Administer SAP ECC, S/4HANA, HANA, DB2-based SAP systems, and SAP Cloud environments.
- Monitor system health, tune performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve incidents.
- Perform SAP installations, upgrades, migrations, system copies, refreshes, and lifecycle activities.
- Manage SAP HANA capacity, backup and recovery, replication, patching, and upgrades.
- Support SAP cloud workloads, connectivity, disaster recovery, and migration initiatives.
- Manage SAP BTP accounts, integrations, connectivity, and service monitoring.
- Administer SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, transports, change management, and enterprise job scheduling.
What you'll need
- 8+ years of hands-on SAP Basis Administration experience in large enterprise environments.
- Expertise in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP HANA, and DB2-based SAP systems.
- Experience with SAP installations, upgrades, patching, migrations, tuning, monitoring, and incident management.
- Knowledge of transport management, change control, high availability, backup/recovery, and disaster recovery.
- Experience supporting SAP workloads on cloud IaaS/PaaS platforms and working knowledge of SAP BTP.
- Experience with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, Rev-Trac, TWS, V-TOM, and Redwood.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, stakeholder management, collaboration, and documentation skills.
