SAP Basis, Cloud and Compliance Lead

Overview

Lead architecture, delivery, and governance for SAP RISE and cloud application platforms, acting as the technical authority for SAP Basis, security, compliance, and operational excellence across global SAP environments.

What you'll do

• Own and govern SAP platform architecture across ECC, S/4HANA, CRM, Solution Manager, and RISE environments.
• Lead SAP Basis as an SME, setting standards, best practices, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee system refreshes, upgrades, and S/4HANA readiness activities.
• Govern SAP RISE operations and cloud ALM for monitoring, alerting, incident management, and continuous improvement.
• Manage SAP and cloud ecosystem integrations and connectivity (VPNs, IP whitelisting, authentication).
• Define end-to-end SAP monitoring, alerting/escalation, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ensure ITGC/internal audit compliance, maintain risk registers, and plan/validate disaster recovery.

What you'll need

• Strong experience in SAP Basis and RISE with SAP and cloud platforms.
• Hands-on expertise with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, CRM, and Solution Manager.
• Experience with Cloud ALM, system monitoring, DR planning, and audit readiness.
• Proven knowledge of SAP integrations, connectivity, security governance, and compliance.
• Experience working with SAP ECS, hyperscalers, and system integrators.

• Ability to operate at both architectural design and operational leadership levels.
