SAP - BODS - Manager

Overview

Lead SAP data migration workstreams supporting clients moving from legacy environments to S/4 systems, covering data analysis, transformation, validation and migration execution.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP data migration workstreams across finance transformation projects for client engagements
• Design migration approaches, transformation routines, and technical specifications for SAP Data Services, BODS, LTMC, and LTMOM activities
• Analyze legacy and SAP ECC source data to assess target S/4HANA fit, data quality issues, and cleansing needs
• Build, test, execute, and manage migration loads using SAP Data Services, LSMW, SQL, and related integration tools
• Conduct preload and postload validation, resolve dropouts, and support data reconciliation across SIT, UAT, and production cutover
• Coordinate migration dress rehearsals, cutover activities, and post go-live support across business and technical teams
• Advise clients on data management strategies, migration planning, and remediation actions for complex data issues
• Coach junior team members on data profiling, mapping, validation, and deliverable preparation while monitoring work progress
• Identify opportunities to improve migration controls, documentation, and delivery timelines across multiple workstreams

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 4 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Demonstrated SAP Data Services and SAP LSMW migration delivery across S/4HANA programs
• Utilizing SAP Migration Cockpit LTMC and LTMOM for field extensions
• Building data migration solutions, transformation routines, and validation controls
• Analyzing legacy data profiles, cleansing needs, and source-to-target mappings
• Creating technical specifications for data services jobs and cutover activities
• Leading data migration workstreams and mentoring junior team members
