SAP-BODS-Senior Associate

Overview

SAP-BODS Senior Associate in PwC's Acceleration Center India, Digital Core Modernisation practice, providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies, with a focus on data migration.

What you'll do

• Analyze client data migration requirements and legacy data structures to design effective migration solutions
• Collaborate with SAP functional and technical consultants to assess data quality and compatibility with target systems
• Design and implement data migration frameworks using SAP Data Services and Information Steward
• Manage data migration processes, including building, testing, and executing migrations with tools like SAP SDS LSMW and SAP Migration Cockpit
• Conduct preload and post-load validation of migration results and advise on data cleansing strategies
• Perform migration dress rehearsals, cutover tasks, and provide post go-live support
• Develop data models and perform complex data analysis to support data-driven decision-making
• Create technical specification documents for data services jobs and support data validation exercises
• Utilize Snaplogic for data migration to S/4 HANA and integrate SAP ETL solutions such as IDOCs and BAPIs
• Advise clients on data management strategies and techniques to optimize data quality and management processes

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English

Nice to have

• At least one of the following: one or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials
• Experience with Snaplogic for data migration to S/4 HANA
• Utilizing SAP BODS and LTMC for data migration projects
• Implementing data quality improvement plans using Information Steward
• Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting
• Demonstrating proficiency in SAP Data Integration and SAP Reporting and Analytics
• Developing technical specifications for SAP Data Services jobs
