SAP CPI - Manager

Overview

SAP CPI - Manager responsible for managing SAP CPI capabilities, including installation, configuration, administration, development, and support, while leading and coaching a team.

What you'll do

• Specialize in utilization and management of SAP products and technologies, including SAP CPI-related activities.
• Coach, motivate, develop, and supervise staff to deliver quality and meet client expectations.
• Proactively assist in management of a client portfolio and report to Senior Managers and above.
• Support incident management, change management, and problem management while adhering to SLAs.
• Analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration.
• Lead delivery and management of large projects and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

What you'll need

• At least 10 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.
• Hands-on experience on Java and groovy script.
• Knowledge in CPI development for part design and configuration.
• Experience with full lifecycle implementation and complex integrations using CPI.
• PI/PO/CPI interfaces monitoring and support; handle incidents and tickets causing service disruption.

Nice to have

• PI/PO/CPI development experience for both part design and configuration.
• If SLD knowledge is there, it is an added advantage.
