SAP FICO Analyst

Overview

SAP FICO Analyst in the FICO GTH team, reporting to the Manager, Revenue & Project Accounting. Supports SAP ERP project work, including FICO configuration, testing, issue resolution, and first-line support during stabilization.

What you'll do

• Build, enhance, maintain, and support one or more FICO sub-modules under a senior team member’s guidance.
• Participate in FICO configuration and project deliverables such as functional requirements and design documents.
• Communicate effectively with different stakeholders.
• Participate in system testing, including creating test scenarios and validating test scripts and supporting UAT.
• Identify and document issues/errors, and drive resolution across design, testing, and stabilization phases.
• Escalate issues when appropriate.
• Provide first-line support during implementation stabilization and hyper care periods.

What you'll need

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience as an SAP Consultant with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation (project preparation to go-live).
• Experience in one or two roll out/support projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience).
• Advanced degree preferred; Chartered Accountant is a plus.
• Deep understanding of business processes and knowledge of accounts receivable with FI-SD integration and controlling.
• Hands-on experience in requirements gathering/fit-gap, design/blueprinting, and configuration/customization for SAP transformation programs.
• Experience implementing interfaces and custom reports/custom functionalities.
