Senior Business Analyst, Integrations & Products

Overview

Senior Business Analyst focused on Integration & Product analysis for payment orchestration. You will own integration analysis end-to-end and partner with Product and Engineering to deliver scalable integration capabilities.

What you'll do

• Act as a subject matter expert for APEXX payment flows, integration architecture, and product ecosystem.
• Lead analysis, functional design, and documentation of scalable payment integration solutions across acquirers, gateways, and payment methods.
• Produce and maintain documentation such as product/interface specs, integration requirements, API documentation, and sequence/process diagrams.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, Product, Engineering, and commercial teams to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguity.
• Work with Engineering to support agile sprint execution, refine backlogs, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support UAT.
• Use SQL and data model understanding to validate integrations and perform root-cause analysis on production issues.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or other fast-paced, integration-heavy environments.
• Strong technical foundation including REST APIs, SDK workflows, data models, integration architecture principles, and SQL.
• Understanding of acquirer and gateway integrations, including card payment ecosystem flows, data, and operational processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements and collaborate across teams.
