Software Developer 1

Overview

Software Developer role focused on building cross-platform, robust and scalable applications and contributing across the full development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Develop innovative solutions for industry problems.
• Write well designed, scalable, reliable, testable and reusable code using best practices.
• Contribute to analysis, design, implementation and testing.
• Detect, report, investigate, and fix product defects.
• Build automation by writing unit and integration tests.
• Optimize and apply best practices while maintaining quality for code and deliverables.
• Collaborate via code reviews and design discussions, including brainstorming ideas.

What you'll need

• 3–7 years of related software development experience.
• Strong C# .NET and C++ programming experience.
• Good understanding of data modelling and relational databases (preferably SQL).
• Versatility across front-end and back-end tech including JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, NodeJS, REST APIs, and JSON.
• Experience (or strong interest) in agile methods such as Scrum/XP, Business Driven Development, and Continuous Delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience.
