SAP FICO- Lead

Overview

Lead SAP FICO role focused on SAP S/4HANA Finance and Management Accounting implementation, configuration, solution architecture, manufacturing and commercial operations, and production support.

What you'll do

• Configure SAP FICO modules, particularly GL, AR, AP, CO, Product Cost Controlling, Actual Costing/Material Ledger, and Profitability Analysis.
• Configure and architect technical solutions in SAP FICO GL, AR, AP, and CO, including Process Orders and integration with SD and MM.
• Work on manufacturing and commercial operations with intercompany transactions and implement interfaces.
• Understand new Product Costing features in S/4HANA, specifically Product Cost Controlling and Material Ledger functions, and implement solutions in manufacturing and commercial operations.
• Understand configuration dependencies and interrelationships between SAP modules.
• Provide expertise in defining and resolving Finance and Management Accounting issues.
• Conduct or participate in user requirements-gathering workshops, gap analysis, blueprinting, and design documentation, including SDLC documentation, for global SAP S/4 implementations and production support requirements.
• Understand data migration requirements and support conversion activities for master data and transaction data.
• Ensure compliance with existing data and reporting standards and develop required data and reporting standards.
• Prepare training documents and train business users in new SAP FIORI transactions.
• Work with internal business customers and deliver solutions for their requirements.

What you'll need

• SAP S/4HANA certification in Finance and Management Accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Information Technology, or relevant fields.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP implementation, including S/4HANA.
• Hands-on experience configuring SAP FICO modules, particularly GL, AR, AP, CO, Product Cost Controlling, Actual Costing/Material Ledger, and Profitability Analysis.
• Hands-on experience configuring and architecting technical solutions in SAP FICO GL, AR, AP, and CO, with Process Orders and integration with SD and MM.
• Experience working in manufacturing and commercial operations with intercompany transactions and implementing interfaces.
• Understanding of new Product Costing features in S/4HANA, specifically Product Cost Controlling and Material Ledger functions.
• Understanding of configuration dependencies and interrelationships between SAP modules.
• Ability to provide expertise in defining and resolving Finance and Management Accounting issues.

Nice to have

• Accounting/MBA or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification.
