SAP GRC Security - Manager

Overview

As an SAP GRC Security Manager, you will lead client support work focused on SAP compliance and security, helping clients assess access risks, strengthen controls, and apply security measures within SAP applications. You will guide teams, coach junior staff, and drive assigned workstreams with accountability for quality, timelines, and deliverables.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP GRC security workstreams across client engagements and coordinate delivery timelines, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Manage teams through planning, execution, and review of security and compliance activities within SAP environments.
• Develop and implement SAP GRC controls, role design, access governance, and remediation actions aligned to regulatory requirements.
• Review security configurations, user access, and segregation of duties controls to identify exposure and support risk reduction.
• Translate client requirements into security solutions that support compliance, governance, and operational needs.
• Coach team members on SAP security methods, deliverable development, and issue tracking across project phases.
• Use analytical thinking and data-driven review to assess control gaps, root causes, and required corrective actions.
• Communicate status, risks, and recommendations to client stakeholders and internal leadership in a clear and concise manner.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 9-12 years of experience delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• One or more Salesforce certifications aligned to enterprise system integration and platform delivery.
• Demonstrating SAP GRC security project leadership across client engagements.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams through planning, budgeting, and delivery.
• Applying compliance, governance, and risk controls to SAP programs.
• Mentoring consultants while reviewing work for timeline and quality.
• Translating system dependencies into practical security recommendations.
