SAP GTS - Manager

Overview

Lead SAP Global Trade Services (GTS) compliance and security consulting engagements, overseeing solution delivery, client relationships, and team performance.

What you'll do

• Lead SAP compliance and security consulting services.
• Analyze client requirements and implement SAP security measures.
• Manage SAP GTS projects through blueprinting, design, testing, go-live, and support.
• Develop strategic plans for business application integration.
• Manage project planning, budgets, execution, and completion.
• Coach, mentor, and manage Analysts, Consultants, and Solution Architects.
• Use SAP GRC tools to mitigate risks and protect sensitive data.

What you'll need

• At least 9 years of experience.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience managing multiple global trade solution projects.
• Experience managing geographically distributed teams.
• Extensive knowledge of Global Trade design, architecture, and end-to-end solution integration.
• Knowledge of Global Trade standards and regulations.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with client-facing delivery, practice development, business development, or thought leadership.
• Experience developing compliance programs, governance frameworks, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
