Manager – SAP Plant Maintenance, Advisory

Overview

Manage SAP Plant Maintenance consulting engagements, supporting maintenance-process transformation, implementation, rollout, and production support for clients.

What you'll do

• Gather and document plant-maintenance and asset-management requirements.
• Configure SAP PM technical objects, notifications, orders, task lists, plans, and work-clearance processes.
• Manage SAP PM implementation, rollout, and support projects.
• Coordinate maintenance-process and workflow design with business stakeholders.
• Support integrations with SAP MM, PP, QM, PS, and FI/CO.
• Conduct testing, UAT support, defect resolution, and production incident support.
• Deliver user training and prepare functional documentation.

What you'll need

• 9–12 years of experience.
• Strong SAP PM configuration and support experience.
• Expertise in preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance processes.
• Experience with equipment management, functional locations, maintenance planning, and scheduling.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA PM implementations or migrations.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications for Plant Maintenance.
• BTech, MBA, MCA, MTech, or CA qualification.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP PP and SAP Quality Management.
• Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance.
