Overview
Business Analyst III – SAP MM/PP partners with global stakeholders to analyze supply chain and manufacturing processes and deliver SAP Materials Management and Production Planning solutions. The role covers the solution lifecycle from requirements gathering through post-go-live support.
What you'll do
- Analyze supply chain, procurement, inventory, and manufacturing processes.
- Gather requirements and design scalable SAP MM/PP solutions.
- Lead configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, implementation, and stabilization activities.
- Develop functional specifications and partner with technical teams.
- Analyze integration issues and coordinate root-cause solutions.
- Lead requirements, solution design, and problem-solving workshops.
- Provide functional guidance and knowledge sharing to analysts, support teams, and business users.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree plus 3 years.
- Hands-on experience with SAP MM/PP configuration.
- Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, inventory management, MRP, production planning, BOMs, routings, and work centers.
- Understanding of SAP MM/PP integration with SD, FICO, QM, Warehouse Management, and other enterprise applications.
- Experience with SAP interfaces including IDocs, file transfers, web services, and APIs.
- Strong analytical, project management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as SAP S/4HANA, PMP, CSPO, or SAFe.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA MM/PP transformation, migration, upgrade, or global template initiatives.

- Location: Bangalore, India.
- Work schedule: Standard Monday–Friday.
- Work environment: Office.
- Travel: Up to 25% as needed.
