Business Analyst III – SAP Order Management

Overview

Business Analyst III responsible for analyzing Order-to-Cash processes and designing, implementing, and supporting SAP Order Management solutions. Acts as a functional subject matter expert and partners with global business and technical teams.

What you'll do

• Analyze Order-to-Cash processes and gather business requirements.
• Design and implement SAP Order Management solutions.
• Lead solution activities from requirements and configuration through testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.
• Develop functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP developers and integration teams.
• Analyze functional and integration issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Lead requirements, solution design, and problem-solving workshops.
• Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Advanced degree with 3 years of relevant experience, or bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP SD configuration.
• Experience with end-to-end Order Management and Order-to-Cash processes.
• Knowledge of SAP integration with FI, MM, PP, and related enterprise applications.
• Experience with IDocs, file transfers, web services, or APIs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, analytical, project management, and facilitation skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as SAP S/4HANA Sales, PMP, CSPO, or SAFe.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales transformation, migration, upgrade, or global template initiatives.

• Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Work environment: Office.
• Travel: Up to 25% as needed.
