Lead Business Analyst

Overview

Lead Business Analyst role on Ethos’ Sales Strategy & Operations team supporting B2C sales, focusing on sales analytics, process optimization, and systems ownership.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end reporting across the marketing-to-sales funnel, including leading, in-process, and lagging metrics.
• Build and maintain dashboards in Mode, Hex, and Amplitude for real-time sales performance.
• Run deep-dive analyses on conversion trends, agent performance, campaign effectiveness, and channel mix.
• Design and evaluate A/B experiments across outreach cadences, agent workflows, and channel strategies.
• Partner with Sales and Finance to build models for initiatives such as compensation plans and headcount requirements.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate repetitive workflows, and surface insights.

What you'll need

• 4+ years in Data Analytics, Revenue Operations, or a closely related analytical role.
• Strong SQL skills for querying large datasets to answer open-ended questions.
• Hands-on dashboarding/analytics tool experience (Salesforce, Mode, Amplitude, Hex, or similar).
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and scoping work with clarifying questions.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• High bar for data accuracy.

• Work schedule: onsite in Bangalore office on night shift hours (3:00 PM – 12:00 AM IST).
