Business Analyst III – SAP SD / Logistics Execution

Overview

Lead SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and Logistics Execution analysis and solution delivery across Order-to-Cash and logistics processes. Partner with business and technical stakeholders through requirements, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and post-go-live support.

What you'll do

• Analyze Order-to-Cash and logistics processes and gather requirements.
• Design and implement SAP SD and Logistics Execution solutions.
• Lead requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, cutover, implementation, and stabilization activities.
• Develop functional specifications and partner with technical teams.
• Analyze integration issues, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate solutions.
• Lead requirements, solution design, and problem-solving workshops.
• Provide functional guidance and knowledge sharing to analysts, support teams, and business users.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree plus 3 years.
• Hands-on SAP SD configuration experience.
• Experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash and Logistics Execution processes.
• Knowledge of SAP SD integration with FI, MM, PP, and related enterprise applications.
• Experience with SAP interfaces including IDocs, file transfers, web services, or APIs.
• Strong project management, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or ServiceNow.

Nice to have

• Professional certifications such as SAP S/4HANA Sales, logistics, PMP, CSPO, or SAFe.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Sales and Logistics Execution transformation, migration, upgrade, or global template initiatives.

• Location: Bangalore, India.
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Travel: Up to 25% as needed.
