Senior Analyst — Dashboarding & Commercial Analytics

Overview

Senior Analyst to independently build Tableau dashboards and deliver mid-to-high complexity commercial analytics that support global brand strategy within Takeda’s GCC Commercial Insights & Analytics organization in India.

What you'll do

• Own and deliver a portfolio of reporting and dashboard products in Tableau for assigned brands and indications.
• Independently deliver commercial analytics workstreams including patient journey analyses, HCP segmentation, performance deep-dives, and competitive assessments.
• Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards for brand performance, patient journey dynamics, HCP engagement, and field force activity.
• Establish and monitor KPIs/metrics such as patient shares, new starts, duration of therapy, adherence, source of business, and campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain data models, extracts, and refresh pipelines feeding dashboards to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and lead custom reporting/ad hoc analysis requests with documented, insight-rich outputs.

What you'll need

• 4–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical commercial analytics or healthcare analytics with independent ownership.
• Strong, hands-on Tableau experience building and maintaining dashboards is required.
• Deep working knowledge of pharma commercial datasets across markets (patient-level claims, specialty pharmacy, EMR, and sales data) is required.
• Proficiency in SQL, SAS, R, or Python for data manipulation and workflow automation.
• Advanced Excel required.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Statistics, Data Science, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
