Overview

Access and Identity Management Business Analyst to translate business and security requirements into scalable AIM and IGA solutions and support access governance.

What you'll do

• Translate business and security requirements into AIM and IGA solutions.
• Work with business, Global Systems Administration, and technology stakeholders to deliver access solutions.
• Analyze data to identify access trends, control gaps, and process inefficiencies.
• Own requirements gathering, functional documentation, and user stories through UAT, deployment, and post-release support.
• Use tools like SailPoint, JIRA, SQL, Splunk, and Power BI for access governance and reporting.
• Design dashboards and KPIs for access lifecycle performance, risk indicators, and user experience.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting AIM and IGA initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with SailPoint, JIRA, Splunk, Confluence/Wiki tools, and SQL.
• Strong data extraction and analysis skills, including writing SQL queries.
• Proficiency in Excel for data analysis (pivot tables, formulas, ad-hoc reporting).
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, functional analysis, requirements documentation, and UAT processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication to translate technical concepts into business insights.
