SAP DSD - Manager

Overview

Manage SAP SD/DSD consulting projects, leading teams and client accounts across implementation and support engagements. The role covers solution configuration, project delivery, stakeholder management, and team development.

What you'll do

• Configure SAP SD functions including order management, delivery, billing, pricing, rebates, shipment, and settlement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and lead delivery from blueprint through go-live.
• Lead workshops and guide consultants in AFS SD and DSD processes.
• Manage projects, budgets, execution, completion, SLAs, and service issues.
• Coordinate with clients, IT stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Lead teams, coach staff, manage performance, and resolve delivery issues.
• Support client portfolio management, financial metrics, and business development activities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 10 years of experience.
• 10–16 years of hands-on SAP SD experience in support or implementation projects.
• Experience with S/4HANA, including Business Partner, aATP, CCM, and BRF+ Output Management.
• Knowledge of LMD/DSD presales, vansales, and settlement processes.
• Experience with ITSM, incident, change, and problem management.
• Oral and written English proficiency.

• Location: Bangalore.
• Be flexible to work the second shift, 2 pm IST to 11 pm IST.
