Overview
SAP MDM/MDG professional responsible for SAP material master data management, requirements translation, data quality/process definition, and project execution support including process improvement activities.
What you'll do
- Manage SAP MDM/MDG requirements engineering and translate business requirements into technical/functional specifications.
- Support process improvement activities by validating/finalizing scope and coordinating unit testing and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement material master data requirements.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by defining and implementing related processes.
- Coordinate business request understanding and alignment of project tasks to timelines.
- Resolve conflicts within project teams during implementations.
- Mentor functional consultants to build competency for project deliverables.
What you'll need
- 6+ years experience in SAP MDM/MDG.
- Experience in SAP R/3 to SAP S/4 conversion (preferably in that area).
- Experience in requirements engineering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
- Knowledge of data migration, conversion, and integration.
- Experience in SAP MM functional is mandatory.
- Experience in Bill of Materials process is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
Nice to have
- Experience in SAP MDM with SAP ALE (optional).
- Experience in SAP Solution Manager (optional).
