Overview

Director of Business Data Services to lead a team for master data management (MDM) and data governance activities, reporting to the VP of MDM CoE.

What you'll do

• Handle team management and MDM CoE reporting to the VP of MDM CoE.
• Drive data governance and data quality using standard methodologies.
• Deliver operational improvements, digital solutions, and technology implementations such as SAP MDG and SAP S/4HANA.
• Connect master data issues to business processes, problems, and analytics.
• Collaborate with Business and IT resources to lead sessions and support delivery/ops delivery with timeline and milestone management.
• Create operating model and deliver MDM strategy assessments and implementation roadmaps.
• Apply analytics knowledge to conduct analyses and produce insights across reporting/analytics and data lake environments.

What you'll need

• Graduate or post graduate with relevant experience in Master Data Management.
• Minimum knowledge of Master Data Management consulting and Data Governance across multiple data domains.
• Experience independently leading large-scale, high-impact MDM consulting projects or solutions.
• Understanding of ERP standards and processes such as SAP, plus functional understanding of PIM and SAP Fiori.
• Strong written and oral communication skills to connect with all levels.
• Flexible with shift time.
