Overview
SAP MM-Ariba Analyst role in Micron’s IT Procurement team to design, develop, and support procurement-related IT applications, partnering with business teams to improve business processes.
What you'll do
- Analyze SAP MM-IM, Ariba, and AI technology issues and propose solutions over short, mid, and long terms.
- Evaluate new technologies and propose adoption based on business goals, investments, benefits, and risks.
- Provide hands-on work including system configuration for SAP procurement solutions.
- Document business requirements, business process flows, functional specs, and solution designs.
- Ensure stability and scalability of SAP procurement solutions and cross-functional integration.
- Identify as-is and to-be processes, map business processes to SAP, and run blueprint/design workshops.
- Perform unit and performance testing on system components and support/lead project tasks.
What you'll need
- 4 years of business analysis experience.
- 4 years of hands-on techno-functional experience/subject matter expertise in SAP supply chain areas (Materials/Ariba, S4, CIG integrations, Ariba CIM, supply chain planning).
- Strong SAP knowledge in SAP MM-IM and Ariba modules plus ERP full life-cycle implementation experience.
- Strong integration experience between SAP and non-SAP external systems.
- Formal SAP certification in a related application area is a plus.
- Solid experience with IT processes related to change management, release management, and SDLC.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP S4/Hana.
- SAP Ariba capabilities such as Sourcing, Risk, Central Invoice Management, Contract Compliance, and Ariba Joule/AI.
