Software Engineer Staff- Packet Forwarding

Overview

Staff Software Engineer role focused on packet-forwarding/monitoring services within a networking domain.

What you'll do

• Design enhancements, updates, and programming changes for application portions and subsystems implementing monitoring services.
• Analyze designs to determine coding, programming, and integration activities based on general objectives and overall product architecture.
• Write and execute complete unit-testing plans.
• Identify debugs and create solutions for code and integration issues in the application.

What you'll need

• Requires B.E. in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
• At least 10+ years of experience in the Networking industry.
• Hands-on experience designing and coding in Networking.
• Knowledge of Internet Protocols (TCP/UDP, IPv4/IPv6).
• IP routing protocol knowledge (BGP, OSPF, ISIS).
• Proficiency in C/C++ programming and debugging.
• Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux systems.
