SAP MM-Ariba Analyst

Overview

SAP MM-Ariba Analyst / IT Procurement Business Analyst role focused on designing, developing, and supporting SAP MM-IM and SAP Ariba & AI/GenAI solutions for procurement functions.

What you'll do

• Analyze SAP MM-IM, Ariba, and AI technology issues and propose short-, mid-, and long-term solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies and propose adoption based on business goals, investments, benefits, and risks.
• Perform hands-on system configuration and support SAP Procurement solutions and cross-functional integration.
• Document business requirements, business process flows, functional specs, and solution designs.
• Map as-is/to-be business processes to SAP and conduct blueprint/design workshops for processes.
• Support project tasks, perform unit and performance testing, and lead workstreams when needed.

What you'll need

• 4 years of business analysis experience (with added advantage of SAP MM/Ariba CIG/S4Hana implementation experience).
• 4 years of hands-on techno-functional subject matter experience in SAP supply chain (Materials/Ariba, S4, CIG Integrations, Ariba CIM, and supply chain planning solutions).
• Strong SAP knowledge in SAP MM-IM and SAP Ariba modules with ERP full life-cycle implementation experience.
• Strong integration experience with non-SAP external systems (SAP preferred).
• Solid experience with IT processes related to change management, release management, and SDLC.
• At least one end-to-end implementation and configuration experience on SAP ERP with a focus on Materials Management modules.

Nice to have

• Formal SAP certification in a related application area.
• Experience with SAP S4/Hana and specific SAP Ariba modules/capabilities including Sourcing, Risk, Central Invoice Management, Contract Compliance, and Ariba Joule/AI capabilities.
