SAP PMO - Senior Associate

Overview

Senior Associate in PwC Acceleration Center India's Advisory practice to oversee SAP implementation workstreams, coordinate project plans, monitor milestones and support issue resolution across business leaders, project managers and technical teams.

What you'll do

• Manage SAP program workstreams across finance technology implementation efforts.
• Coordinate project plans, milestones, dependencies and resource assignments for complex delivery timelines.
• Track status, risks, issues and action items across multiple stakeholders and project teams.
• Support program governance through reporting, meeting preparation and decision tracking.
• Analyze project requirements and translate business objectives into actionable delivery plans.
• Monitor scope, schedule, budget and deliverable progress throughout the program lifecycle.
• Develop client relationships by communicating updates, clarifying priorities and responding to changing needs.
• Apply SAP project management methods and tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project to organize work and report progress.
• Support process planning and continuous improvement across SAP Core ERP and S/4HANA finance initiatives.
• Mentor junior team members by reviewing work products and sharing program management knowledge.

What you'll need

• At least a Bachelor's degree.
• At least 4 to 5 years of experience.
• Oral and written proficiency in English.

• Anticipating client and team needs in SAP PMO settings.
• SAP project management or program planning experience.
• Using stakeholder communications across finance technology initiatives.
• Applying Agile methodology and project status reporting.
• Interpreting data for program insights and recommendations.
• Mentoring junior team members through complex delivery work.
