SAP S/4HANA Central Finance AIF Support Analyst

Overview

Provide Level-1 operational support for SAP S/4HANA Central Finance using SAP AIF, focusing on monitoring, triaging, and resolving integration/interface errors during financial document replication.

What you'll do

• Monitor SAP AIF interfaces for Central Finance document replication.
• Identify failed postings, interface errors, and mapping issues.
• Perform initial triage and resolve standard AIF errors per documented procedures.
• Analyze AIF errors, reprocess messages, and execute reposting procedures after corrections.
• Monitor SLT replication status, document replication errors, and processing queues.
• Manage tickets in ITSM tools, maintain SLA compliance, and document root-cause notes for repeated issues.

What you'll need

• Basic understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance.
• Basic understanding of Central Finance architecture.
• Familiarity with SAP Application Interface Framework (AIF).
• Basic understanding of SLT replication, IDocs, and SAP error monitoring transactions.
• Analytical troubleshooting skills.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate with business users.

Nice to have

• SAP Finance exposure (FI or FI-CO).
• Experience with Central Finance implementations or support.
• Understanding of financial postings, tax determination, and business partner mappings.
• Knowledge of integration monitoring tools.
