Job Summary

We are looking for a mid-level SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition Developer with a strong background in finance-related processes. This role focuses on building scalable, cloud-compliant extensions and integrations within SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, supporting financial modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, and Asset Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enhance solutions within SAP S/4HANA Cloud using in-app and side-by-side extensibility

Build cloud-native applications on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

Design and implement solutions using ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP)

Create and extend financial data models using Core Data Services (CDS)

Develop and consume APIs via SAP API Business Hub (SOAP etc)

Build and maintain OData services for finance-related applications

Collaborate with finance functional teams to implement business requirements

Ensure compliance with SAP clean core principles and upgrade-safe development

Support financial integrations with external systems (banking, tax, reporting tools)

Perform testing, debugging, and documentation of technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or Equivalent

3–6 years of SAP development experience

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Strong experience with:

ABAP (Cloud-ready, RAP preferred)

Core Data Services (CDS Views & Extensions)

OData services

Functional understanding of finance modules:

General Ledger (GL)

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Asset Accounting (AA)

Experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) services

Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 applications

Understanding of financial data structures and reporting requirements

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on finance-focused SAP projects or implementations

SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Cloud or Finance modules

Experience with SAP Integration Suite or external financial system integrations

Knowledge of compliance requirements (e.g., IFRS, GAAP basics)

Exposure to agile
