SAP SCC SME - IT Specialist (SAP Business Network)

Overview

Support supplier collaboration across SAP Business Network, SAP Supply Chain Collaboration, and SAP ERP, with a focus on procurement, planning, supplier enablement, testing, and operational support.

What you'll do

• Support supplier collaboration processes, including purchase orders, confirmations, ship notices, goods receipts, and scheduling agreements.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and offboarding activities, including readiness tracking and testing.
• Investigate incidents by reviewing transaction status, documenting findings, and escalating issues.
• Prepare supplier communications and maintain training documentation.
• Execute UAT, regression, and supplier integration testing and record results.
• Maintain issue logs, test evidence, and support documentation.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain, Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or a high school diploma/GED with relevant experience.
• Foundational knowledge of SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP MM, SAP Ariba, SAP Business Network, or similar systems.
• Basic understanding of procurement, planning, purchasing, supplier collaboration, or materials management.
• Exposure to procurement processes such as purchase orders, confirmations, goods receipts, subcontracting, consignment, or inventory management.
• Experience using incident or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Ability to collaborate with procurement, planning, IT, suppliers, and support teams.

Nice to have

• Understanding of integrations between supplier systems, SAP Business Network, middleware, and SAP ERP.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working with Excel, reports, transaction logs, test scripts, and process documentation.
