Overview
Own and improve production planning and subcontract planning capabilities in a global SAP S/4HANA environment. The role focuses primarily on SAP PP/DS and secondarily on SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration.
What you'll do
- Provide functional expertise and support for SAP PP/DS planning and detailed scheduling.
- Maintain production planning master data standards and drive data quality remediation.
- Investigate planning issues and identify master data, process, or system root causes.
- Support solution design, configuration, testing, deployments, cutovers, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Support subcontract planning, purchase orders, component provisioning, and manufacturing visibility.
- Enable subcontractors on the Ariba network through training and cutover coordination.
- Drive global process standardization, documentation, testing, and continuous improvement.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 2 years of SAP production planning, supply chain, or procurement experience in manufacturing.
- Strong SAP subcontracting knowledge, including component provisioning and settlement.
- Hands-on SAP PP/DS or APO PP-DS experience with planning runs and detailed scheduling.
- SAP S/4HANA deployment or support experience in manufacturing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
Nice to have
- SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration experience.
- Experience with CIG, CPI, EDI, APIs, or integration logs.
- SAP IBP, demand planning, legacy migration, or global deployment experience.
