SAP SD Analyst - O2C

Overview

Work as an SAP SD Analyst focused on Order-to-Fulfillment (OTC) and supply chain solutions for global commercial operations.

What you'll do

• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for SAP OTC, SD, and MM solutions.
• Lead configuration and integration mapping across SD, MM, IM, and FI modules, including CS and SM touchpoints.
• Implement supply chain planning and optimization solutions using SAC and demand planning frameworks.
• Perform root-cause analysis to resolve complex SAP system issues and minimize downtime.
• Create targeted system documentation and training to improve end-user efficiency.

What you'll need

• Have 4+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting the SAP SD module.
• Understand inventory management and order-to-cash workflows.
• Manage integration points between supply chain configurations and SAP FI, Customer Service (CS), or Service Management (SM).
• Translate complex commercial workflows into structured functional specifications.
• Troubleshoot intricate anomalies in the SAP ecosystem.
