Scientist I, Protein Biology supporting recombinant antibody development through immunoassay design, validation, testing, and analysis.

What you'll do

• Design and execute immunoassays for antibody development and validation.
• Plan and perform experiments to meet program goals.
• Record results in data sheets and laboratory notebooks.
• Communicate findings through meetings, reports, and presentations.
• Review literature and track antibody-development advances.
• Troubleshoot technical challenges and propose practical solutions.

What you'll need

• PhD completed within the last year, or a relevant master's degree with at least 3 years of research experience.
• Degree in protein biology, molecular biology, biochemistry, immunology, biotechnology, or a related life-sciences field.
• Experience with ELISA, Western blotting, flow cytometry, ICC, co-IP, and IHC.
• Proficiency in Python, R, bioinformatics or computational biology, and statistical tools.
• Knowledge of molecular biology techniques including extraction, PCR, cloning, sequence analysis, and vector design.
• Practical experience with mammalian or specialized cell culture.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and statistical software such as GraphPad Prism or ggplot.

Nice to have

• Experience with microscopy, spatial biology, multiplexed imaging, and high-content tissue assays.
• Knowledge of deep learning, large language models, or prompt engineering applied to biological questions.
• Exposure to recombinant antibody platforms, automation, or high-throughput methods.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Work involves GMP and safety standards, cold-room/freezer conditions, and PPE.
