Scrum Master

Overview

Scrum Master role within Concentrix's Technical Products and Services team, responsible for facilitating Agile delivery and coordinating teams and stakeholders across software development.

What you'll do

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinement, Review, and Retrospective.
• Manage team delivery, dependencies, risks, impediments, and blockers.
• Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders.
• Ensure Agile practices are followed and drive continuous improvement.
• Track sprint progress, delivery commitments, and Agile metrics.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of experience.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and software application architecture.
• Understanding of .NET framework concepts and application structure.
• Exposure and understanding to React applications and Micro Frontend architecture.
• Awareness and understanding of design patterns.
• Understanding of cloud frameworks, cloud concepts, and cloud-based applications, with focus on Azure and GCP.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD, source control, build, testing, and deployment.
• Understanding of DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Familiarity with Jira, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker and similar tools.
• Strong communication and facilitation.
• Team coordination and stakeholder management.
• Risk, dependency, and impediment management.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Agile mindset and continuous improvement.
