Sr Associate – Scrum Master, Advisroy

Overview

Seasoned Scrum Master for a PwC business application consulting team, supporting agile delivery and stakeholder alignment within a POD.

What you'll do

• Identify and navigate roadblocks and impediments for the team.
• Take ownership of the POD and ensure timely, quality deliverables aligned to stakeholder expectations.
• Communicate openly and effectively, resolving and managing conflicts while maintaining a positive environment.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure continuous progress towards sprint goals and group OKRs.
• Facilitate identification, mitigation and monitoring of risks.
• Promote self-organization, empowerment, innovative thinking and self-development within the team.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment and inspire and motivate others.
• Apply creative problem-solving to ensure continuous improvement and innovation.
• Listen actively and remain open to new ideas, ensuring all points of view are heard.

What you'll need

• Deep knowledge and experience with agile ways of working.
• Mandatory: Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master.
• 5+ years of experience required.
• Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech) degree required.
• Demonstrated leadership traits such as integrity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to adapt to change.

Nice to have

• Good to have agile delivery experience with Microsoft products (e.g. Dynamics).
• Good to have data transformation experience.
