Scrum Master {Functional}

Overview

Lead Agile delivery as a Scrum Master for one to two Scrum teams, strengthening team maturity, flow, collaboration, and delivery of prioritized business value across teams and Agile Release Trains.

What you'll do

• Coach teams on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and built-in quality practices.
• Facilitate sprint events, retrospectives, reviews, and PI Planning.
• Remove impediments and manage risks, dependencies, blockers, and bottlenecks.
• Drive continuous improvement, self-organization, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Represent teams in Scrum-of-Scrums, ART Syncs, and other cross-team forums.
• Partner with product and technical leaders to maintain healthy, prioritized backlogs.
• Generate Agile dashboards and metrics to support transparency and predictability.

What you'll need

• 12–15+ years of industry experience.
• 5–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master across product teams.
• Experience with SAFe, value streams, and Agile Release Trains.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement skills.
• Expertise in Agile metrics, Kanban, lean portfolio management, and enterprise software delivery.
• Hands-on experience with tools including Azure DevOps, Confluence, Power BI, MS Teams, SharePoint, JIRA, or VersionOne.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, business management, information technology, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Financial industry experience.
• Prior Agile Coach experience.
• Familiarity with BDD, ATDD, TDD, CI/CD, pair programming, automation, and Kaizen.
• SASM, PSM, CSM, APM, or CTC certification.

Details

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• Hybrid working model with work from office twice a week.
• Working hours: 12:00 to 21:00 IST.
• SAFe Scrum Master 6.0 certification is required.
