Search Engine Optimization Manager

About the role

We're seeking an experienced SEO Manager with 5–6 years of proven expertise to lead our organic search strategy and drive measurable traffic growth. You'll own end-to-end SEO execution—from technical optimization to content strategy—and collaborate closely with development, content, and marketing teams to improve rankings and generate quality leads.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website rankings across multiple properties
• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and market gaps
• Optimize on-page elements (content, meta tags, internal linking) and website architecture for search performance
• Manage technical SEO activities including site audits, crawl optimization, and schema implementation
• Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools; track rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics
• Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies through ethical link-building, outreach, and relationship development
• Perform regular SEO audits, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable improvements
• Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to align SEO with broader business goals and campaigns

What we're looking for

• 5–6 years of hands-on SEO management experience with proven track record of improving rankings and organic traffic
• Expert-level knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
• Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and industry-standard SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques
• Demonstrated expertise in keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitor analysis
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting and communication skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Graduate degree in any discipline; Digital Marketing or SEO certification is a plus
