About the role
We're seeking an experienced SEO Manager with 5–6 years of proven expertise to lead our organic search strategy and drive measurable traffic growth. You'll own end-to-end SEO execution—from technical optimization to content strategy—and collaborate closely with development, content, and marketing teams to improve rankings and generate quality leads.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and website rankings across multiple properties
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and market gaps
- Optimize on-page elements (content, meta tags, internal linking) and website architecture for search performance
- Manage technical SEO activities including site audits, crawl optimization, and schema implementation
- Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools; track rankings, traffic, and conversion metrics
- Build and manage high-quality backlink strategies through ethical link-building, outreach, and relationship development
- Perform regular SEO audits, identify bottlenecks, and recommend actionable improvements
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to align SEO with broader business goals and campaigns
What we're looking for
- 5–6 years of hands-on SEO management experience with proven track record of improving rankings and organic traffic
- Expert-level knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and industry-standard SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and website optimization techniques
- Demonstrated expertise in keyword research, backlink analysis, and competitor analysis
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent reporting and communication skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Graduate degree in any discipline; Digital Marketing or SEO certification is a plus
Nice to have
- Experience managing SEO campaigns across multiple websites and industries
- Proven ability to lead and mentor team members on SEO best practices
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, site speed optimization, and Core Web Vitals
- Knowledge of schema markup and structured data implementation
