Solutions Engineer

Overview

Solutions Engineer owning the technical side of the merchant relationship from early conversations through live integration and after launch.

What you'll do

• Own technical discovery for prospective merchants and map needs to the right integration path.
• Lead product demos and technical presentations for merchant stakeholders.
• Design and implement integration solutions across APIs, SDKs, and platform plugins.
• Write technical proposals, including RFP and security questionnaire responses.
• Validate integrations in sandbox and production before launch and troubleshoot live issues.
• Translate recurring merchant needs into product feedback and own the technical narrative post-launch.

What you'll need

• 4+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as solutions engineering or technical account management.
• Experience with mobile SDK integrations on iOS and Android.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Working knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with at least one e-commerce platform like Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, or Wix.
• Ability to read code in at least one language well enough to debug.
