Solutions Engineer (SE)

Overview

Support presales and occasional post-sales activities as a network security solutions advisor for sales teams, partners, and customers.

What you'll do

• Provide presales support, including product demos, competitive analysis, and technical specifications.
• Design networking and security solutions.
• Develop and conduct product updates, short-course training, and webinars.
• Conduct discovery and scoping calls for Professional Services projects.
• Provide technical expertise and support to team members.
• Initiate and manage vendor solution proof-of-concept lifecycles.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of hands-on TCP/IP networking experience.
• At least 1 year of firewall, switches, WiFi, or endpoint security industry knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills across teams.
• Ability to maintain service-level response within 30 minutes.
• Six or more technical certifications across vendor products.
• Motivation to learn new skills and take on new challenges.

• Remote role in the United States.
• Occasional business travel may be required.
• Base salary plus bonus with stated OTE of $110,000–$120,000.
