Overview
Design, implement, and operate secure AWS and multi-cloud solutions in a remote, enterprise-scale environment with federally regulated compliance requirements.
What you'll do
- Design reusable cloud patterns and Infrastructure as Code solutions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Monitor compliance and cyber posture using AWS Security Hub, CSPM, Config, CloudTrail, GuardDuty, and Azure Defender.
- Develop and mature cloud guardrails and governance policies.
- Troubleshoot AWS issues and document solutions for knowledge transfer.
- Diagnose network connectivity issues and manage security groups, route tables, subnets, VPCs, VPNs, and peerings.
- Manage cloud costs, budgets, anomalies, reporting, and data analytics workloads.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in information systems or a relevant field with 4+ years of practical experience, or a master's degree with 2+ years.
- Additional experience may substitute for a degree.
- Ability to obtain a public trust or interim approval.
- Experience building and architecting secure multi-cloud networks with routing and firewalls.
- Practical exposure to AWS regulatory controls, baselines, and security policies such as CIS benchmarks and STIG.
- Hands-on experience with AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar tools.
Nice to have
- Operational experience with GCP.
- Experience with containerization technologies and methodologies.

- Pay range: $87,100–$157,450.
