Securities Operations Associate - Client Onboarding

Overview

Support low-complexity securities operations, with a focus on client onboarding, account maintenance, transaction processing, and operational controls.

What you'll do

• Process client account onboarding, maintenance, and documentation activities.
• Monitor daily securities and cash-related activities for accuracy and timely completion.
• Review transaction requests and time-sensitive documents for routine risks.
• Research and help resolve routine operational issues and escalations.
• Support settlements, cash payments, funding, custodial operations, and general ledger reconciliation.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve routine issues.
• Support projects, process improvements, and revised procedures.

What you'll need

• At least 6 months of securities operations experience or equivalent experience, training, military experience, or education.
• At least 6 months of experience supporting client onboarding.
• Experience with account setup and documentation review.
• At least 6 months of account maintenance experience.
• Ability to validate information and follow established procedures.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Nice to have

• Certification with automation or workflow tools such as Alteryx or Xceptor.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
